Keto Banana Pancakes

Things that I can do with almond flour has truly amazed me. Who knew?

This is going to be one of the easiest things you will ever make. You honestly do not need to go out there and buy a Keto pancake mix. This is way better and you know what you are putting in it.


Do you have a microwave, blender, stove and pots? If you do, this is good. You can do this!


Ingredients

4 eggs

4 ounces softened cream cheese

1 cup almond flour

1 scoop vanilla flavored mct powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoons sweetener

1/2 teaspoon banana extract

2 shakes of salt

*If you do not use or have a flavored MCT powder, you can substitute this with a scoop of collagen powder or plain unsweetened protein powder and add a few drops of vanilla.*


Method

Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until it is smooth and well incorporated.

Allow the mixture to stand for a few minutes to thicken.


Preheat your griddle or get your pan ready with butter and make your hot cakes!!


Topped with cream cheese and heavy cream whip, fresh blackberries and sugar free maple syrup.
